Refunds & cancellation返金・解約について
Web purchases are not yet available. The Paddle section below describes the intended policy for future web purchases. Existing app purchases remain managed by Apple or Google.
Future purchases through Paddle
Refund eligibility will follow the Paddle Refund Policy, the Paddle Buyer Terms applicable at purchase, and your statutory rights. HairTry does not add an unconditional 14-day or 30-day money-back guarantee. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this page.
To request a refund, use the support link in your receipt or visit Paddle buyer support. For a technical problem, contact aigahaku+hairtry@gmail.com so we can help resolve it; you may also contact Paddle about the transaction.
Cancel a web subscription
Use the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle transaction email or contact Paddle buyer support. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation and a refund request are separate procedures; a refund may end access.
App Store purchases
Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple’s subscription settings. Request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem. Apple determines eligibility under its policies and applicable law.
Google Play purchases
Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play subscriptions. See Google Play’s refund guidance for requests and eligibility.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Contact aigahaku+hairtry@gmail.com if you need help identifying where you purchased.
Web購入は準備中です。以下のPaddleに関する説明は、今後のWeb購入に適用する予定の方針です。既存のアプリ内購入は引き続きApple・Googleが管理します。
Paddle経由のWeb購入（提供開始後）
返金は、購入時点で適用されるPaddleの返金ポリシー・購入者規約および法令上の権利に従います。HairTry独自の14日・30日の無条件返金保証は追加しません。この案内は、法令に基づく消費者の権利を制限しません。
返金申請は領収メールのサポートリンク、またはPaddle購入者サポートから行ってください。不具合で使えない場合はaigahaku+hairtry@gmail.comへご連絡ください。決済についてPaddleへ相談することもできます。
Webサブスクリプションの解約
Paddleの購入確認メールにある「Manage subscription」リンク、またはPaddle購入者サポートから手続きします。次回更新前に解約すると、以後の請求を停止できます。通常、現在の請求期間の終了時に解約が反映されます。解約と返金申請は別の手続きです。返金に伴い利用権が終了する場合があります。
App Storeで購入した場合
Appleのサブスクリプション設定で管理・解約してください。返金はAppleの問題を報告するページから申請します。適用される規約・法令に基づきAppleが判断します。
Google Playで購入した場合
Google Playの定期購入から管理・解約してください。返金はGoogle Playの返金案内をご確認ください。
アプリを削除しても契約は解約されません。購入先がわからない場合はaigahaku+hairtry@gmail.comへお問い合わせください。
